Terms of Service

1. Service

BestAmazonBooker ("we," "us," or "the Service") provides a Chrome extension and related website that help freight dispatchers and carriers filter, highlight, and optionally autobook loads on Amazon Relay. By creating an account, using the extension, or purchasing Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

BestAmazonBooker is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or Amazon Relay. You must have your own active Amazon Relay carrier account and comply with Amazon Relay's terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.

3. Plans & billing

We offer a Free plan with limited daily autobook quota, and a Pro subscription billed monthly (currently $99/month unless otherwise stated at checkout) for unlimited autobook and priority support. Prices and features may change; changes apply to future billing periods after notice on the site or by email.

Pro is a digital subscription. Access is provisioned immediately after successful payment. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right that would otherwise apply to distance or digital contracts.

All sales are final. Except as stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy (duplicate or erroneous charges only), we do not provide refunds or credits for Pro fees, unused time, or dissatisfaction with booking outcomes.

You may cancel Pro anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the then-current billing period. There is no prorated refund for unused days. Manage or cancel billing at bestamazonbooker.lol/account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use BestAmazonBooker to violate Amazon Relay's terms of service, circumvent rate limits maliciously, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law, or resell access without our written consent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any load will be found, highlighted, or booked, or that Amazon Relay will accept a booking. We are not liable for missed loads, booking failures, account actions by Amazon, throttling, downtime, or business losses arising from use of the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Pro in the three (3) months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except for individual claims in small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Wyoming. You and BestAmazonBooker waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the legal bundle version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes affecting paid subscribers may also be communicated by email.
