What we collect
We collect your email, name, and account information when you register. When you book a load, we store booking event metadata (origin, destination, payout). The extension may send usage telemetry such as search counts, loads found, and filter snapshots to improve the service. When you use the extension on Amazon Relay, we collect carrier and account identifiers (carrierId, customerId), company name, and marketplace, linked to your BestAmazonBooker account. The extension may also collect driver roster data for the carrier account (driver identifiers, names, and contact details Relay exposes on roster endpoints), linked to your BestAmazonBooker account. When you accept our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy, we store acceptance evidence (timestamp, legal bundle version, IP address, user agent, and whether acceptance occurred at signup or checkout) to enforce plan rules and respond to billing disputes. We do not store your Amazon Relay credentials.
How we use it
Your data is used to authenticate your account, enforce plan limits, process Pro billing through Stripe, and improve product performance. Relay identity and driver roster data are used for support, security, product analytics, and marketing operations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Storage & third parties
Extension preferences (widget position, filters) are stored locally in your browser via Chrome storage. Local usage statistics for the extension Options page are also stored in your browser. If you submit the optional uninstall survey, that feedback is used to improve the product. Account and booking data are stored in our database. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their privacy policy. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the marketing site (page views and key actions such as signup and checkout). Google Analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers; see Google's privacy policy for details.
Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your account data, including Relay identity and driver roster data linked to your account, by contacting support. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and deleted when you request account deletion. Uninstalling the extension removes local data from your browser.
