Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

BestAmazonBooker Pro is a paid digital subscription. All sales are final. Except for the narrow exception in Section 3, we do not offer refunds, credits, chargebacks, or prorated refunds for any reason, including unused time, change of mind, missed loads, Amazon Relay decisions, or dissatisfaction with results.

2. How to cancel

You may cancel Pro at any time to stop future renewals. After you cancel, Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. There is no prorated refund for unused days in the period.

Cancel or update your payment method from your Account page (Manage billing / Cancel Pro), which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. You can also reach Support via the footer if you need help.

3. Only refund exception

The only situation in which we will issue a refund is a duplicate or erroneous charge (for example, you were billed twice for the same subscription period due to a billing system error). Contact Support promptly with the charge details; we will investigate and refund confirmed duplicates or errors.

Amazon Relay downtime, failed bookings, throttling, or loads you did not win are not grounds for a refund.

4. Immediate digital access

When you purchase Pro, access is provisioned immediately after successful payment. By completing checkout you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital subscription with immediate performance, and—to the maximum extent permitted by law—you waive any cooling-off or withdrawal right that might otherwise apply.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend Pro access and submit evidence to the card network, including your acceptance of these policies at signup and checkout, Stripe Checkout consent records, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please contact Support first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.

This policy is part of your agreement with us, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
