Is BestAmazonBooker affiliated with Amazon?

No. BestAmazonBooker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Amazon or Amazon Relay.

Do I need Amazon Relay access?

Yes. BestAmazonBooker works inside relay.amazon.com and requires your own Amazon Relay account with carrier access. We do not provide Relay credentials, carrier approval, or loads.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free is $0 and includes 1 successful autobook per day, plus filters and highlights. Pro is $99/month and unlocks unlimited autobook while your subscription is active.

How do I install it?

Install from the Chrome Web Store, then follow the step-by-step guide on Install. You need Chrome and your own Amazon Relay carrier account on relay.amazon.com.

Where is the widget? Where are Options stats?

The widget appears on relay.amazon.com after install and when the extension is enabled. If you do not see it, confirm you are on Relay in Chrome. Open Options from Chrome's extension menu for usage stats and settings.

Does it work in the US and Canada?

Yes, for carriers with Amazon Relay access in supported markets including the United States and Canada. You need Google Chrome, your own Relay carrier account, and access to relay.amazon.com.

Is using a helper extension safe?

BestAmazonBooker is a third-party tool, not Amazon software. Use it responsibly and follow Amazon Relay's terms and policies. We never ask for Relay passwords or provide carrier credentials, loads, or approval.

How do I cancel? Are sales final?

You can cancel Pro from your account billing portal to stop future renewals. All sales are final, except duplicate or erroneous charges as explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
